Oil: With your fingertip, flip up the spout, and gently shake or squeeze the can, dispensing 2-4 drops of oil into your palm. Balm: Slide open the tin. Warm the balm with your fingertips. Massage wherever skin, lips or hair need extra nourishment. Reapply throughout the day as needed.
