What a thoughtful gift! Using your Echo Market gift card is simple. When you're ready to checkout, look for the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field on the checkout page, enter your unique code, and click Apply — the balance will be deducted from your order total automatically.
A few helpful things to know:
1. Your gift card balance can be used across multiple orders — you don't have to spend it all at once.
2. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can simply add a second payment method to cover the difference.
3. Gift cards can also be used in-store at our Woodstock, VT, location.

We do our best to get your order on its way within 24–48 business hours of placement. Delivery time will vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. We're committed to eco-conscious packaging — all orders are shipped in recycled or biodegradable materials, because the journey to your door should be as thoughtful as what's inside.
