Enter your email address and you'll receive a one-time verification code in your inbox — no password needed! Once you're in, you can view your order history, track shipments, manage your shipping addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience every time you shop with us.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

Yes! Echo Market is nestled in the heart of Woodstock, Vermont, and we'd love for you to visit us in person. You're welcome to browse our full collection, meet the team, and experience the products firsthand. We also offer local pickup for online orders — just select that option at checkout.

How do I use my Echo Market gift card?

What a thoughtful gift! Using your Echo Market gift card is simple. When you're ready to checkout, look for the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field on the checkout page, enter your unique code, and click Apply — the balance will be deducted from your order total automatically.
A few helpful things to know:
1. Your gift card balance can be used across multiple orders — you don't have to spend it all at once.
2. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can simply add a second payment method to cover the difference.
3. Gift cards can also be used in-store at our Woodstock, VT, location.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order via the shipping notification email that is sent to you or by logging in to your Echo Market account.

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to get your order on its way within 24–48 business hours of placement. Delivery time will vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. We're committed to eco-conscious packaging — all orders are shipped in recycled or biodegradable materials, because the journey to your door should be as thoughtful as what's inside.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and 7 days from your request date to have your return in the mail. View our full return policy here.
