Refund policy
We are happy to accept returns on eligible domestic orders within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. You have 14 days from receipt of your item to initiate a return, and 7 days from initiation to ship your package back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Exclusions apply. Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner intact and unremoved.
To start a return, create an account and submit a return request on our website, or reach out to us directly at hello@echo.market. Returns will need to be sent to: 6 Central St., Woodstock, VT 05091. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For approved returns, a $10.00 flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will refund only the item amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time, we're unable to accept returns on international orders, though it's something we're actively working toward. We appreciate your patience and your trust in us as we continue to grow.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), undergarments, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Final Sale Policy
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. These pieces are offered at deeply discounted prices and are intended to find a forever home. We encourage you to double-check sizing and details before purchasing — and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions. We’re here to help you feel good about your purchase.
Exchanges
Not quite the right fit? We're happy to help you find something you love. Exchanges can be initiated within 14 days of delivery — just make sure your item is on its way back to us within 7 days of initiating.
To get started, initiate your exchange as a return and select the reason that fits — too big, too small, etc. Then use the customer notes section to let us know what you'd like instead, whether that's a different size, color, or another item from the shop.
You're welcome to exchange for anything in the shop, or opt for store credit if you'd prefer. A flat $10 fee covers both the return and outbound shipping. Once your return is received and processed, your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt, and once the shipping fee is paid, whichever comes first. If the new item is priced higher than your original purchase, we'll send a separate invoice for the difference plus the $10 fee before shipping your new order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Some items are not eligible for return, including, but not limited to, final-sale items, gift cards, undergarments, vitamins and supplements, and personal care products.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
