Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method. Free domestic U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
All domestic shipments include tracking numbers and are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

- You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery
- All international shipments include tracking numbers
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Fulfillment
Please note that products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations to ensure the fastest delivery to you. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
