Smooth across lips for full coverage. Apply more to build intensity, or use a lip brush for sharper definition. For a softer, blotted finish, press the bullet gently against the lips and blend with a fingertip. For a harmonious look, press directly onto the cheeks for a soft flush of color, then blend lightly with a fingertip.
