For maintenance: apply alone, or before your Green™ nail polish. As a treatment cure: apply twice a week. The page also suggests using it at night as a 2 week treatment. How much: one coat is enough, and there’s no need to remove the previous coat before applying more. Remove: with Nail Polish Remover or Green Flash™ Nail Polish Remover.
