Remove the pump from your empty glass hand wash bottle. Unscrew the refill pouch cap and, holding by the handle, carefully pour until the bottle is filled to just below the neck. Replace and tighten the pump. Each pouch provides two refills. Reseal after the first pour to keep the remainder fresh.
