Start with clean, dry or slightly damp skin, and add a lightweight facial oil or serum for extra glide if you like. Begin at the neck with slow downward strokes toward the collarbone, then sweep from the center of the chin toward each ear. Brush from the center of the face outward toward the ears along the cheekbones, then finish around the temples. Use for 2 to 5 minutes, morning or evening, three to five times a week or daily if your skin tolerates it. Care: Rinse the bristles under warm water after each use and let them dry completely before storing. Once a week, wash with a small amount of mild shampoo, rinse thoroughly, and dry with the bristles facing down on a clean towel. Avoid soaking the wooden handle.
