Suitable for all ages. Under 6 months: ask your doctor. For the face or any high point or sensitive area of the face and the body that needs extra protection. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, at least every 2 hours. Balm can be rubbed in fully for a sheer layer of protection, or layered on and rubbed in minimally to create a visible protective barrier as needed.
