• Manucurist’s Glazed Effect powders are compatible with Green and Green Flash polish. Apply your chosen base coat to natural, prepped nails. For a Green Flash manicure, cure under the lamp. If you prefer (this step is optional), you can apply two coats of your favorite color (cure each coat for a Green Flash manicure), then apply the special-effect powder to your nails with the provided applicator. Rub in lightly. Apply a layer of top coat to set the powder (cure if you're using Green Flash), and you're ready to shine!
• Use Manucurist’s Nude, Pale Rose or Hortencia polish to obtain Hailey Bieber's glazed donut effect.
