• Ingredients: Organic Astragalus Root, Organic Milk Thistle Seed, Organic Yellow Dock Root, Organic Burdock Root, Organic Stinging Nettle Leaf, Wildcrafted Pau D'Arco Bark, Organic Plantain Leaf, Organic Cleavers Herb, Organic Red Clover Flower, Organic Artichoke Leaf.
• Suggested use: 
  • Loose leaf: Steep one teaspoon (approx. 1.5g) in two cups of boiled water for approximately seven minutes. Re-steep for full extraction.
  • Large batch: Pour 1/3 of the jar (approx. 23g) into a pot containing one gallon of water. Keep on low heat for 30-45 minutes. Do not simmer or boil. Re-heat (with or without herbs in pot) and drink it warm for full benefit.
