This product contains Yellow Dock which contains calcium oxalate. Use cautiously if there is a known history of oxalate kidney stones. Because of the stimulating effect of Artichoke Leaf upon the biliary tract, the herb should not be taken if there is a known bile duct blockage. Dandelion Root: Contraindication includes biliary ducts, gallbladder empyema, and ileus. Dandelion Root is not advised to be combined with anti-coagulants, anti-platelet agents, low molecular weight heparins, or thrombolytic agents. Concurrent use with fluoroquinolone may result in decreased effectiveness of the drug. Concurrent use with potassium supplement may result in increased risk of hyperkalemia.
