This cropped Merino wool turtleneck is The Knotty Ones' ode to "Šturmai," a serene fishermen's village within the Curonian Lagoon. Just like Šturmai itself, embodying coastal timelessness, the elevated design of the knit echoes the resilience of those who've sailed the Baltic waters for generations. Hand-embroidered motifs pay homage to the enduring tradition of the local fishermen's sweaters, with each stitch a testament to their artistry and endurance.

The Knotty Ones don't believe in deadstock. All of their knits are produced in small batches at our their female-led, female-run factory in Lithuania, overseen by Mrs Zina. They use only 100% natural yarn, with no microplastics and no harmful or irritant chemicals used. This knit is also OEKO-TEX® certified, which means it's safe from an ecological point of view and don't release any harmful substances. The best part? You'll get a card with your order telling you exactly who knitted your garment and a little about them.
