This cardigan is The Knotty Ones' ode to Preila, a tiny village located on the Curonian Spit between the Curonian Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The deep blues, warm browns, and pale whites are colors inspired by the beautiful pastel shades of coastal Lithuanian towns.

The Knotty Ones don't believe in deadstock. All of their knits are produced in small batches at our their female-led, female-run factory in Lithuania, overseen by Mrs Zina. They use only 100% natural yarn, with no microplastics and no harmful or irritant chemicals used. This knit is also OEKO-TEX® certified, which means it's safe from an ecological point of view and don't release any harmful substances. The best part? You'll get a card with your order telling you exactly who knitted your garment and a little about them.
