For this design, The Knotty Ones took a deep dive into the memories of childhood and freedom in the Baltics. Inspired by the fictional character Drebulė, daughter of Eglė from the classic Lithuanian folktale 'Eglė the Queen of Serpents,' the piece effortlessly transitions from a crop top to a comfortable bralette. Hand-finished with a delicate sandwich trim along the neck and armholes, Drebulė embodies elegance and functionality in equal measure.

The Knotty Ones don't believe in deadstock. All of their Drebulė tops are produced in small batches at their female-led, female-run partner factory in Lithuania, overseen by Mrs Zina. They only make as much as they're sure to sell.

For this knit they opted for 100% organically grown cotton yarn, with no microplastics and no harmful or irritant chemicals used. Certified organic by ICEA.
