Cloud Unscented Tallow Lotion

Flora+Fungi's unscented face and body lotion is ideal for sensitive skin. It is made with a selection of garden-grown and wild-harvested gentle anti-inflammatory botanicals and grass-fed beef tallow. It moisturizes, hydrates, and soothes even the most irritation-prone skin. Sweet Fern hydrosol is spun with soothing calendula-infused peach kernel oil, Camellia oil (Tea seed oil), grass-fed tallow, and an ultra-hydrating Irish moss extract for an unscented lotion with a luxurious texture.

Key ingredients: Grass-fed beef tallow has a composition similar to the oils our skin naturally produces. This makes tallow highly compatible with human skin and full of bioavailable nutrients, including Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, E, and K.

• Sweet Fern Hydrosol has been used by Indigenous cultures across this continent for centuries for its soothing anti-inflammatory properties and for skin conditions such as acne, rashes, eczema, and even poison ivy. Sweet Fern’s strong anti-inflammatory properties are thanks to high amounts of Beta-caryophyllene and alpha-humelene in the plant’s chemical composition.
• Calendula Extract is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Calendula is widely used in cosmetic products for its soothing properties, reducing redness and irritation, and healing wounds thanks to its carotenoid-rich composition. • Irish Moss Extract is a well-known species of red algae that can be found growing high on rocks along the ocean. It is a traditional herbal remedy in Ireland to treat respiratory disorders. The principal constituent in this type of algae is its mucilaginous body, which comprises the polysaccharide carrageenan, which makes up ~55% of its weight, providing skin tightening and substantial hydration.
