Create a mask by adding a bit of hydration: water, hydrosol, aloe vera, green tea, etc., along with 1-2 teaspoons of mask mixture to a bowl. Gradually stir in until you get a paste consistency. Add fresh avocado or yogurt to get a creamier mask. Apply to clean skin and leave on until dry. Clean off with warm water. For best results, follow with a nourishing face cream or serum.
