Ceremonial Organic Matcha

Matcha is the shade-grown, stone-ground green tea powder of Japan, celebrated for its vibrant, healthful energy and vivid green color. Ceremonial Matcha is high grade matcha that is traditionally whisked and served in a bowl.

Traditional Preparation

Sift 1 tsp (1.5g) into a tea bowl.
Add 2.5 oz (75ml) water at 165°F.
Whisk until creamy and foamy with a bamboo chasen (whisk).
