1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Echo Market LLC, 6 Central St., Woodstock, VT 05091 ("Sponsor," "we," "us"). Three Ships is the prize provider and is not the administrator of this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period
The Giveaway begins on September 15, 2026 and ends on September 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries submitted before or after this window will not be accepted. The Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter
During the entry period, complete and submit the official entry form at [form link]. Entry is free and the form is the only way to enter. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not confirm eligibility will not be counted. Following, commenting, or subscribing does not count as payment or consideration and is not required to win.

5. Communications and consent
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Echo Market. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Entering does not require you to make a purchase, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Up to $250 USD in full-size Three Ships products, approximately four to six items, selected in coordination with the winner, and
- One (1) skincare consultation provided by Echo Market.

Approximate retail value of the prize package: $250 USD, plus the consultation. The prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No substitutions except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Only one prize will be awarded. The prize will be shipped to a valid U.S. address only.

7. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on or about September 23, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form within three business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the stated time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

8. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their first name, city and state, and social media handle to announce the winner, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Privacy
Information collected through the entry form is used only to administer this Giveaway and, as described in Section 5, to send Echo Market communications. We do not sell entrant information. See our privacy policy.

11. Release
By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor and Three Ships, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions about the Giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

12. Limitation of liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the fair operation of the Giveaway.

13. Taxes
Any and all taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

14. Records
The Sponsor will keep the list of eligible entries and a record of the random selection method for at least 90 days after the drawing.

15. Governing law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.
